I am so deaf mute and my ASL strong, I not happy about alaska not good service program on deaf. I moved Fairbanks,AK since 2004 from I am Va Beach,Virginia because I wanted move so close my familys live in Fairbanks. I tried contact to Alaska's DMV not care about speical license plate but I not want disabled license plate I still walk! Lol, because I had speical license plate in Virginia H.I. Hearing Impaired I want Alaska new law on deaf used license plate because Alaska so big state for me, Trooper or cop will let know who drive deaf.I never gave up again asked DMV's stuff every 6 months but they havent speical license and state ignored about it. I put wrote on My truck's bump 'DEAF' that bummer and people treated drove follow me! I want speical license plate more private! I believe alaska not much deaf peoples and just new state young. I contact Alaska Access but they weak support for alaskans deaf. I have to have hard time life in Alaska! I want free cable tv on deaf alaskans because they need know about alerts weather,earthquake or volocano, that is fair radio is free I cant hear it! I am soical security and service,medicare and text cellura lifeline are good service in Alaska, but text not good sometime. I cant afford pay bill web on cellura anywhere I tried contact relay phone on text but not good wireless. if I struck in road my truck broken in country no one contact and worry next time winter very cold kill me in truck by I am ice! Lol well, I need Alaska change life on deaf alaskans are worth life! need more closed captions Alaska's tv 100%!
